Yoga for Osteoporosis, Osteopenia ... and the completely inflexible

Yoga for Osteoporosis and Osteopenia
Wolf’s law states that the structure of the bone follows the lines of force to which that bone is exposed. Yoga is a simple and impact free way of applying that pressure exactly where one intends.  Many people with osteoporosis cannot do weight bearing exercise since it will aggravate osteoarthritis.  If you are suffering with osteoporosis or osteopenia, consider taking a yoga class today.  You can also create your own small group or schedule a private session.

Yoga for the Completely Inflexible
So you think you can't "do yoga" because you cannot bend your knees?  Think again!  The benefits of yoga are far greater for the inflexible body.  Don't believe me?  See for yourself.  I promise you won't be disappointed.
