A Thought on Opposites

“Yoga and health are about finding balance between opposing forces.”
Chanting OM, it may be opposite your nature to sing, or perhaps you can’t stop your voice from flying.  The thought of chanting may bring up negative or positive thoughts for you.  Which ever your disposition, put it aside and practice the ancient art of chanting.  Chanting helps focus the mind and lift the heart.
May we honor the opposites around us.  The opposite personality, the opposite ideas.  Know that ultimately, all opposites are two sides of the same coin.  Deep down we’re all the same.  Look past the opposites to see the beauty in all people. OM
